FlowyteHubSpot

HubSpot Integration

Your AI receptionist, wired into HubSpot.

Flowyte answers your business phone and website chat 24/7 — and with HubSpot connected it greets returning callers by name, pulls up contacts, tickets, and deals mid-conversation, and can optionally log every call and chat to the timeline. Zero manual data entry after every call.

Free credits. No credit card. Zero balance pauses — never bills.

What it does

Every call and chat, connected to your CRM.

The agent uses HubSpot the way a great receptionist would — recognizing people, finding the right record, and writing down what happened, all in the flow of the conversation.

  • Recognize returning callers

The agent matches the incoming number to a HubSpot contact and greets them by name — no "can I get your name and account?" for people you already know.

  • Look up records mid-conversation

Contacts, companies, open tickets, and deals — the agent pulls the right record while it is talking, so it answers with real context instead of guesses.

  • Create records with confirmation

New contacts (deduplicated by phone so a returning caller is never duplicated), support tickets, and deals — every record-changing action is confirmed with the caller first.

  • Log every call and chat automatically

Optionally write each interaction to the contact timeline as a Call engagement or Note, with an AI-written summary and — if you want — the full transcript, scrubbed of sensitive numbers.

  • Custom skills on any field

Describe what you need in plain English and the AI assistant maps it to any HubSpot object or field — including your custom objects. No code.

  • Phone and website chat, one agent

The same agent answers your business phone line and your website chat 24/7 — and every HubSpot capability works identically on both channels.

How to connect

Connected in about two minutes.

Secure OAuth, no code, nothing to paste. Here is the whole setup, start to finish.

  1. Sign in to Flowyte

Open the studio at builder.flowyte.com. If you do not have an account yet, you can start free — no credit card required.

  2. Open Integrations

From your agent, go to Integrations and find HubSpot in the connector list.

  3. Connect HubSpot

Click Connect and sign in to HubSpot through secure OAuth. There is no code and nothing to paste — the whole handshake takes about two minutes.

  4. Approve permissions

Review the least-privilege permissions Flowyte requests (see the table below) and approve them in HubSpot. You stay in control of which account is connected.

  5. Agent skills install automatically

Flowyte installs the HubSpot skills — recognize caller, find contact, create contact, look up and create tickets, look up and create deals — so your agent can use them right away.

  6. Optional: enable Interaction logging

Turn on logging to write every call and chat to the contact timeline. It is off by default and set per connection — choose a Call engagement or a Note, summary only or with the full transcript.

Permissions

Exactly what Flowyte asks for, and why.

Flowyte requests the minimum permissions the skills you enable need — nothing more. Here is each one in plain words.

  • Contacts — read & write

See and save the people who call or chat.

Recognize returning callers by phone and create new contacts — deduplicated by phone, only after the caller confirms.

  • Companies — read

    Know the caller's company.

Bring account context into the conversation so the agent responds with who the caller actually is.

  • Tickets — read & write

    Handle support requests.

Look up a caller’s open tickets and log new support tickets, confirmed with the caller first.

  • Deals — read & write

    Track sales opportunities.

Surface a caller’s existing deal and create new opportunities on request, confirmed with the caller first.

  • CRM schemas — read

    Discover your fields.

So you can build custom skills against your own properties and custom objects when you describe them in plain English.

Least-privilege by design: connect HubSpot without enabling tickets or deals and Flowyte will not request those permissions.

Data flow

What Flowyte reads and writes.

HubSpot stays your system of record. Flowyte reads on demand during a conversation and writes only the actions below — there is no bulk export and no background copy of your HubSpot data into Flowyte.

  • Contacts

ReadsName, phone, email, and company — to recognize the caller.

WritesNew contacts (deduplicated by phone), after confirmation.

    Read + write

  • Companies

ReadsName and domain — for account context.

    Writes

    Read only

  • Tickets

ReadsSubject and status of existing tickets.

    WritesNew support tickets, after confirmation.

    Read + write

  • Deals

ReadsName, stage, and amount of existing deals.

    WritesNew deals, after confirmation.

    Read + write

  • Timeline / engagements

    Reads

WritesA Call engagement or Note with an AI summary and, optionally, the scrubbed transcript.

    Write only

Interaction logging is off by default and set per connection. When a transcript is logged, sensitive numbers are scrubbed before it is written to the timeline.

Security & trust

Built to be careful with your CRM.

  • Least-privilege access

Flowyte only requests the permissions the skills you enable actually need — nothing more.

  • Confirmation before creating

No contact, ticket, or deal is created until the caller confirms the details out loud.

  • Verified before editing

Changes to an existing record require the caller’s identity to be verified first.

  • Scrubbed transcripts

When a transcript is logged, sensitive numbers are scrubbed before anything is written to HubSpot.

Every capability is delivered through Flowyte Skills with the same Guardrails and per-customer rate limiting that protect the rest of your agent. Developers can drive the same actions through the Flowyte API.

FAQ

HubSpot integration FAQ

Does the HubSpot integration work on website chat too?
Yes. Flowyte is one agent that answers both your business phone line and your website chat, and every HubSpot capability — recognizing people, looking up records, creating contacts, tickets, and deals, and logging the interaction — works identically on voice and chat.
What happens if the caller is not in HubSpot yet?
The agent answers normally, and if it is useful, it can create a new contact. Contacts are deduplicated by phone number, so a returning caller is never turned into a duplicate, and nothing is written until the caller confirms the details.
Can the agent update existing records?
Every record-changing action is confirmed with the caller first, and edits to an existing record require the caller’s identity to be verified before anything changes. Reads happen on demand during the conversation; writes are limited to creating contacts, tickets, and deals and logging the interaction.
Is interaction logging on by default?
No. Logging is off by default and is a per-connection setting you turn on yourself. When you enable it, you choose whether each interaction is written as a Call engagement or a Note, and whether it includes just the AI summary or the full transcript — which is scrubbed of sensitive numbers either way.
What does the HubSpot integration cost?
The HubSpot integration is included on every Flowyte plan at no extra charge, including pay-as-you-go. You only pay for usage — voice from $0.11 per minute pay-as-you-go, with plans that include credits lowering the per-minute rate.
Can I connect custom objects and fields?
Yes. Beyond the built-in skills, you can build a custom skill against any HubSpot object or field — including custom objects — just by describing it in plain English. The AI assistant maps it for you; there is no code to write.
