Voice
Callers just talk. It keeps up.
HD voice with real phone manners: interrupt it mid-sentence, say a number or press it on the keypad, switch languages mid-call - which means the conversation goes wherever the caller takes it.

Barge-in
Interrupt it. It stops and listens.
Real callers don’t wait for the beep. When someone talks over the agent - to correct a name, skip ahead, or change their mind - it stops mid-sentence and listens, which means conversations feel like conversations, not announcements.
Natural turn-taking works both ways: the agent pauses where a person would, confirms what matters, and never talks over the caller.
Mid-sentence, the agent yields

Say-or-press keypad entry
A phone-native detail chat bots don’t have
Order numbers, account codes, dates of birth - some things are easier to key in than to say out loud in a noisy truck. With say-or-press keypad entry (DTMF), callers can do either, mid-conversation: read the value out, or press it on the keypad.
It behaves the way phone systems should: fixed-length values submit automatically, the pound key finishes an entry, the star key clears it - and a code that starts with zero stays a code that starts with zero. It’s also the heart of replacing an IVR without losing what keypads were good at.
30+ languages
Switch languages mid-call. It follows.
Your agent speaks 30+ languages - and it doesn’t make callers choose one up front. If a caller starts in English and continues in Spanish, the agent follows in the same turn, which means the family business that answers in two languages finally has a phone line that does too.
Each language can carry its own voice: map them once in the Studio, and the agent uses the right one automatically.

Hi - actually, ¿puedo continuar en español?

Audition three voices side by side
Picking a voice one sample at a time is how you end up settling. The compare tray holds up to three voices at once so you can hear them against each other - then advanced settings expose only the knobs that voice supports: stability, style, speed.
