How does my AI agent get a phone number?
Search and buy a local number right inside Deploy, or assign one from your existing pool. Numbers are $2 per month each on the published rate card, and you own every number until you choose to release it.
How do I put the agent on my website?
Deploy mints an origin-locked widget key and gives you a one-line embed snippet. Paste it into your site and the chat widget is live - same agent, same persona, same Skills as your phone line.
What stops someone from copying my widget snippet?
Widget keys are origin-locked to the domains you register, so a copied snippet won’t work anywhere else. Developers get separate scoped secret keys for the API, shown once and revocable anytime.
What happens when I publish?
Every publish starts with a pre-publish report: what the agent will say, what it won’t, exactly which data leaves your system, and your knowledge coverage. You review, add an optional note, and click publish - the new version goes live on your number and widget at once.
Can I undo a publish?
Yes, in one click. Version history keeps every published version with its note; roll back and the previous version is live again on both channels. Meanwhile, your draft edits never touch the live agent until you publish them.
